Top-Up Service

To perform a top-up, you need to know your recipient's prepaid phone number, have your Ukash voucher ready and follow the 3 simple steps described here

Our service makes use of international number format, numbers without the international prefix number will not be recognised. We accept international numbers with the prefix +cc, 00cc, or cc (where cc is the country code).

To get an international number format, you usually need to add the country code in front of the local number. You may also need to remove the leading 0 found in the local number. Here are some examples of local numbers to international number format:

A top-up is usually performed within seconds once payment is made.

No. We only charge the top-up price associated to each top-up amount.

The top-up credit displayed represents the face value of credits that will be transferred to the recipient by TransferTo™. India and Pakistan recipients will be subject to a deduction of up to 15% of the face value by their respective Mobile Network Operators. The credit that will be received by recipients in India and Pakistan will be at least 85% of the face value.

The recipient will receive a text message informing him of the top-up. Use the message field to send a free short mesage to the recipient.

Payment/Ukash

We currently only accept Ukash payment method. It is a secure method of payment availabe for purchase at convenience stores and online. To learn more about Ukash, click here

TransferTo™ will generate a new Ukash voucher for any change left on your Ukash voucher. Make sure to keep it safe.

Enter your email/mobile phone number at the start of the top-up process to receive the Ukash voucher by email/sms.

You can combine multiple values of your Ukash into a single amount and have your new Ukash number and value emailed to you. You will need to register an account with Ukash here

Yes. We accept Ukash vouchers in any currency. We will return you change in the currency of your original voucher. View currency exchange rates for Ukash

Your new Ukash change voucher will expire 1 year from date of issue.

You won't be able to retrieve a Ukash voucher/value once you close the transaction window. To reduce the possibility of losing your Ukash voucher once your transaction is completed, please provide your mobile phone number or/and email address. Transaction details will be sent if any of these is available.

You can split larger amount of Ukash into smaller value and have the new Ukash numbers and values emailed to you. You will need to register an account with Ukash here

Errors

You may have entered an incorrect prepaid number. Make sure that the destination number is a mobile prepaid number. Postpaid numbers and landlines are not supported.

The number you entered belongs to an operator that we do no support yet, contact us at web@transferto.com and let us know.

Your transaction has been refused due to a technical problem occuring during the top-up process. You have not been charged. A new Ukash voucher has been generated, please take note of it and try again later.
